Handcrafted dirty sodas, real syrups, and all the cream — served from our cart right in your neighborhood.
"Soda, but make it cute."
Our Story
The Pop Shop was born out of a love for dirty sodas — those perfectly messy, cream-topped, syrup-swirled drinks that feel like a treat every single time.
We bring the cart to you: markets, pop-ups, private events, and your favorite local spots around Round Rock and Austin. Everything is made to order with real syrups and a lot of heart.
Sugar-free? Dairy-free? Just picky? We love a challenge. Tell us what you want and we'll make it work.
